1. Who we are
This website, stravaxgroup.com, is operated by Stravax Group LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence 2537844.01), registered at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE. This policy covers this website. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, which covers your account, billing and usage data when you use it: Stravax Engage. husnaa.store publishes its own policy.
2. What we collect
This site has no forms, no accounts, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Through this site, we collect personal data only when you email us; purchases are covered in section 5. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.
3. Third-party services
- Website hosting: hosting and server logs.
- Web fonts: typefaces are loaded from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
4. How we use email inquiries
If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
5. Payments
When you buy one of our products, payment is taken by our payment provider on its own hosted checkout page. Your card details go to that provider and are never sent to or stored on our servers. It handles payment data under its own privacy policy. From checkout we receive your name, email address and, if you give one, your company or brand name, together with the plan you chose and the payment status. We use them to set up your account and bill your subscription.
6. Security
This website is a static site served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. It has no forms, accounts or databases. Access to our hosting and email accounts is limited to authorised people. Each product describes its own security measures in its privacy policy. No system is perfectly secure, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
7. Retention
Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing scale@stravaxgroup.com.
